Apparently you have never tried Jiffy cornbread casserole. THIS is the best use of cornmeal. Don't make me throw down. ;o)
DB- You'd throw down over cornbread casserole? Geesus you midwest women take your hot dishes seriously. Although I'll have to admit, there aren't many I wouldn't eat. That goes for the midwest women as well as the casseroles.
