My Sabres couldn't quite pull it off. Having 4 of their 6 defensemen out of the line up due to injury was too much to handle. Crapitty crap crap fuck.
If I ever see Rory Fitzpatrick walking down the street I'm going to run him over with my car. And if anybody says, "Maybe next year" I'm gonna run your ass over too.

I guess I can go back to mindless blogging instead of mindless blogging about the Sabres. Woo-hoo for you.

Why did you have to turn me into a Sabres fan. Shit, it's just like being a Cubs fan, which is why I'm also a Yankees fan. That's not really true, I'm a Yankees fan because my cousin played minor league ball for them for 5 years. Anyway, you know what I mean.
It is sadder than being a Cubs fan. They screw themselves with poor play (and I say that as a huge fan). The Sabres play their heart out, but something always happens. Who loses 4 (count them, 4!) defensemen in the playoffs? Then again, who has an illegal goal scored on them in overtime in the Stanley Cup finals - a goal the refs admit they would have called back, but everyone seems so happy, skating onto the ice and all? But I'm not bitter. I'd say "maybe next year" but I don't want to be run over with the car.
