How did Dooce do it?

Gee whiz, my blog has been up for like 3 days and I haven't had a single company asking if they can advertise on it or sponser me and supply me with free hockey equipment if I'll tatoo the Nike swoosh on my butt. Not one. I must need to be more aggressive in my marketing strategies. Or become minutely entertaining.
