V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N

That spells the reason why I haven't blogged lately. Could I use it in the form of a sentence? Sure. "As a break from work the Spousal Unit and I went to Buffalo for hockey camp on our vacation." That sentence is true and hockey camp was awesome. I'm better already, although that didn't really take a lot.

One time, at hockey camp, I stuck a puck in my pussy.

OK, that didn't happen.

For both concerned readers: the Spousal Unit will be posting replies under the name Sylvia. I may keep referring to her as the Spousal Unit, I may call her Sylvia, we'll see how it goes.

So I'm back at work for a week and a half and then I go on a 5 day backpacking trip with Sylvia's Dad, brother, and her brother's housemate. It should be awesome. The last time I went to the area of PA that we'll be hiking in my brother and I saw a couple bears. It was the first and only time I've seen them just wandering around. Very excellent.

I was just checking in.

I remember the first time I read one of Joe's old posts after I got into blogging, which was a long time after him, I think he referred to me as "the girlfriend". I was so pissed, but that was before I understood blog world.

Sounds good to me. He's gotta be thankful that you're even willing to get out on the ice.

That is the truth. When I tell other guys that we play with that she's my wife there are 2 responses: "I can't believe you ruin your time out of the house by bringing your wife" and "That is so cool that you and your wife play hockey together." I feel the latter way, in case you couldn't tell. Sylvia is waaayyy better than she used to be and gets better every week. Most importantly we get to spend a little extra time together doing something we both love.

I'm looking forward to seeing a post from Sylvia. I see the profile is up and running.
